Prior to using Martin Writes’s services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. All the users, customers, and visitors accessing and/or using this website shall agree to these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have given your unconditional consent to the following terms and conditions, including the payment terms and the privacy policy.

Turnaround Period and Work Approach

Our working days are from Monday to Friday. Any order outside this period is considered an extra-fast delivery and will be charged as such. We have an obligation to give you notice about this before you agree to an order. Quality writing needs time and a fresh mind to double-check the work. Keeping this in mind, any customer that demands an order to be delivered in less than 6 hours should be prepared for a lower quality product.  Writers take only one project at a time, so the current order has all of his/her focus. After writing it down, the writer has a minimum of 30 minutes break before checking their work once again and making edits if needed. Afterward, they have another 30 minutes break and read it one final time to see if any improvements can be made. The project is then delivered to a colleague, who also checks it for typos and other small mistakes, after which the project is delivered to you. If anything must be changed, we will do it free of charge if it complies with our Revision section below.

Special Offers

All special offers are subject to their own rules, which will be explained in separate terms and conditions, specially made for the offer. Anything that is not specifically mentioned in them complies with this original Terms and Conditions. 

Originality of Content

Martin Writes guarantees 100% originality of delivered content and ensures uniqueness through Copyscape for your complete satisfaction. At Martin Writes, we have a zero-tolerance policy for intellectual and creative plagiarism. The only exception to the above-mentioned guarantee is when your content includes legal or technical work, which may introduce plagiarism to some extent due to technical or other jargon. On request, we can provide you with Copyscape proof. If you want to use more extensive plagiarism checkers other than Copyscape, we may charge an additional fee for stringent compliance requirements.

Intellectual Rights

Martin Writes works as a ghostwriter for you. Upon completing the transaction, all legal rights to written work will be transferred to you as an official owner. An exception will be made only with your exclusive permission, for which you will receive a 5% discount. In this case, you will still own the product and copyright, but the author will retain the authorship. Ownership shall be granted only if payment has been made in full and there are no outstanding dues. Anyone working for Martin Writes will never ask you to publish or resell your work for any other customer.
If a project is declined, payment is not made in full, bounces back, or is disputed in any way, we retain the right to use our work in any way we see fit, including publishing it elsewhere. 

Revisions

Content/creative writing can be subjective, therefore, we understand it may take time to get closer to what you are looking for. We offer unlimited free revisions within 15 days of your order delivery. You may ask for a free revision within a 15-day window from when the work is delivered. In case revision is requested after 15 days, you will be charged for it. Free revisions are only applicable if requested changes don’t deviate from initial guidelines. If a revision is due to deviation from initial guidelines or involves compliance with additional requirements, we charge an additional fee adequate for the amount of work required. If your 15-day window of requesting free revisions has expired and/or you want us to comply with additional requirements or have deviated from initial guidelines, you will be charged for any such revision(s). Revision charges don’t include an additional word count.

Ownership & Legal Rights

After completing every transaction, the customer officially becomes the copy owner by attaining all the legal rights. Ownership or right to intellectual property will never be contested by Martin Writes or its employees. Ownership will only be transferred to the customer upon full and final payment for all the work Martin Writes has done. Once a customer is completely satisfied and does not require any further revision(s) or modification, ownership is transferred. An exception will be made only with your exclusive permission, for which you will receive a 5% discount. In this case, you will still own the product and copyright, but the author will retain the authorship. Being the delivered copy owner, you are at complete liberty to further modify, abstract, or manipulate the work at your own discretion. Martin Writes will not be liable for any such subsequent modifications or changes made to its work.

Payment

All payments are made right before you receive your order unless we agreed otherwise throughout our communication. We inform you when your order is ready to be delivered and send you the invoice. Once you send us a copy of the receipt or we will send you your order. Keep in mind that we are in the EET timezone, which is GMT + 2. Typically we respond to emails whenever we are awake. So if you are sending a receipt between EET (Sofia) 12 AM – 10 AM there is a high chance you will receive your order in 6 to 8 hours.

Payments through PayPal in USD and GBP will be estimated based on Paypal’s conversion rates (3% higher than the current exchange fee). 
Payments through direct Bank Transfer will be converted according to the current EUR to USD or GBP rates +0.5% exchange fee.
